Rehab still continues, just striding with my eyepatch now!
After years and years of aidless park Physio walks, being a hot day I took to the shady neighbourhood pavements!
A new route definitely helped change things up a bit.
Often we tend to do the same thing and expect different results. It’s easier but we stay stuck. Feeling that I’ve gone backwards in my rehab, forcing myself outside my comfort zone, definitely helped!
