An oldie but a goodie. Today at local pool I was doing an exercise called “Seaweeding” which is holding onto the side of the pool and gently weaving my body through the water.

It’s an exercise I first learned in physio nearly 20 years ago, and somehow it’s still just as therapeutic. The water softens the strain, loosens my tight muscles and gives my body space to move more freely.

Funny how some of the simplest exercises stay with you for life
