I’m sure by now you’ve forgotten or given-up on the new years resolution that you made. Already your Christmas holidays seem long gone and you’re probably getting tired, adopting past habits and already planning your next break. However, consider that it takes numerous attempts to break a habit. It’s at these times we can choose to ‘bounce back’ and adapt to the challenges that we face. To reach optimal resilience we have to persevere, practice and have patience. Therefore, don’t expect yourself to find it easy, try again and again and learn from the times that you don’t quite make it. Choose to bounce back!
