Stopping to celebrate and acknowledge achieving a mini milestone is so important but often hard. Especially when what you’ve achieved is seemingly simple or normal for many! But vital to sustain our motivation & simultaneously educate those around us re the significance of the achievement.
Grappling with the fatigue aftermath of reaching a goal of mine – walking unaided, today I forced myself to stop. I told my close friend and we even ‘cheers’ our kombucha bottles.
