“Emma is highly skilled at being able to shape a presentation to match
the needs of her audience. The 2nd year physiotherapy students were
entranced, engaged, provoked and inspired by her words and ability to
‘bring to life’ her experiences from the other side of the

key messages in client centred care and ways for novice therapists to
