Often at this time each year we seem to be forced to stop and reflect on what we’ve done this year and start to think about what’s ahead. However, simply stopping and reflecting seems to just trip us up. Instead of doing this, it’s easier to just keep going and get distracted by all the festive events.

To begin 2011 well, I think trying to use this time to start to think about why we are stepping and doing what we do. Also to know the direction your stepping in. This is tough to do, especially when you can’t figure out your direction and reason but I think is essential for devising our 2011 resolutions.

So spend five or so thinking about where you’re heading and whether your on the right path.

Surely, our future steps wont be as effective if we don’t think about our strides and purposes?
